Low carbon emission is an issue that every enterprise must face nowadays. APP-China was the first pulp and paper producer in China to undergo a carbon footprint assessment in late March, 2009. What’s more, this assessment provides benchmark for continuous improvements made by enterprises on energy-saving & emission reduction.

The Paper Contract with China was unveiled in June 2008 to demonstrate APP-China commitment to the environment and China’s long-term growth. It made a public commitment on cleaner production, corporate social responsibility and other aspects. APP-China also releases Quarterly Report to public and accepts social supervision.
